Bree graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California.   

Bree is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the California State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the American Trial Lawyers Malpractice Group, the NCAJ Professional Negligence Litigation Section, and the NCAJ Products Liability Section.

Bree has over 35 years of experience favorably resolving hundreds of medical, health care, and product liability claims on behalf of her clients involving death and catastrophic injury.  Bree has literally negotiated millions of dollars in claims settlements.  She has advanced expertise in claims investigation, medical/technical research, and dispute resolution.

Bree volunteers her time at Legal Aid of North Carolina, the Orange-Chatham Guardian Ad Litem Program, and the Alamance County Guardian Ad Litem Program.
